Morning :)
Anon - we are saving a fortune not drinking very much while I'm pg. We have noticeably more money left in the monthly food/wine etc 'allowance'
. Having said that, we're about to order some cases so that we have some here ready for after the baby is born!!
Mini - I do sets of lifts and tilts every day and I'm sure it has helped - I had worse SPD sooner with DS.
On the recommendation of someone on here, I also bought a pair of maternity Spanx knicker-things. They are great, and have back support etc built in and I do notice a difference when I'm wearing them.
Slept much better last night, and I'm not so sore this morning.
