Had a busy day, no time to post!

I find them perfectly good, but i am not a photo specialist so maybe there are better ones out there? But for family snaps i think they're perfect. And can get big size ones & b&w ones too.

Do you know, i really don't like turkey. It is good with a roast dinner, but for everything else? yuk. Turkey biryani tonight

DD is getting fed up of being in and only going to the horses everyday. She starts preschool next thurs

I don't like turkey much either. Might not do it next year (if I do dinner again next year).
We had a bone-free rolled joint with stuffing in [slattern] and twice was more than enough for me. I think you're only supposed to have bread sauce with turkey though, and Christmas dinner is all about the bread sauce. Will research.

Well I've felt awful again all day, but I've got enough done so a relaxing evening is called for.

She will start with 2 afternoons a week. I am really looking forward to it in a way as it means i can ride while F naps in the car on the yard. But i will miss her.

DH gets a turkey from work each year. I enjoy it in a roast, but anything else, i dunno, think it is too strong a flavour, bit gamey almost. Anyway, the biryani was a failure, so just had leftover xmas pud with custard to fill up. I am really tired ad being sat with a meal in front of me i didn't want to eat nearly made me cry

JKS poor you, sometimes you need to stop being brave so they realise. DH does not realise unless i actually tell him.

Hello ladies. Just a quick drop in to say "hi".

No list, but we didn't have turkey (I'm not a big fan) easily saw off our Beef Wellington, but still going on the whole poached salmon (fish cakes tonight, sandwich yesterday, kids' tea tomorrow.....!)

Busy couple of days as we are off on a holiday on Friday - UK Coast in winter, are we mad??! DH has to work next week, but DC not back to school until 11th, so he will probably nip back home for 2/3 nights and then rejoin us. We have accommodation available to us, so might as well use it!!

Have had lovely few days, not been anywhere, literally, not left our village since Christmas Eve morning. Hope car starts tomorrow!

we have landed, after our travels. Have been in the house 10 mins and its a tip. Having been round some super tidy houses I don't know how we do it. It must be a gift.

Hello everyone! We have had a lovely time at my parents. They are so fab with DS, I haven't been out of bed before 9am since last Thursday!
All home now, although the car isn't unloaded yet so that is the next job. Dominos for tea!

We are having a quiet NYE now, our bestest friends were going to come for the weekend, but have just suffered a second miscarriage over Christmas so they are staying at home. Very sad for them and I can completely understand how being here with a cute toddler and me with a 6-month bump is more than they can handle. :( :(

So - I am now planning what tasks we can get done over the next few days. DH isn't back at work until Tuesday so I'm thinking a full overhaul of the kitchen cupboards and utility room - gulp!
