anonymousbird · 01/11/2010 18:04

Hi Alice! I saw that declutter thread... only, I have 18 days and counting to do mine!! AAAGGGHHH.

I need to seriously get act together to project manage this build we are doing.. Deep sigh. I am sure there is loads of advice on the Property threads, but I don't quite get around to looking properly. Major list making/file keeping is going to be required I think!!! When I worked I was a kind of project manager, so I am hoping that all my methods of multi tasking and keeping up with the timetable will come flooding back to me?!?!?! Only thing is, I am massively indecisive, which could be a serious problem. I can happily manage others to make decisions, then carry that through, but the buck stops HERE this time, I have to manage it AND make the decisions AND then ensure that it is carried through.

Glad party went well, and congrats on your sister's new DD!!

JustKeepSparkling · 01/11/2010 19:18

Alice - congrats on new niece :)

Anon - i want my normal routine & life back now too! DS1 not back at sch til Wed.

JKS i have often had rows with DD and sent her to her room to find she has fallen asleep within about 2mins, which then makes me feel really guilty. Tired children really are very unreasonable though Grin

Am back armed with files, envelope files, storage box. metal file holder thingy, treasury tags and plastic zipper bag for archive. This could make the office of doom into a fun place....
Have made a christmas cake too, although did not have right size tin so too much mix, so put rest in loaf tin. Am not holding my breath for Nigella loveliness or Plum standard.
