Guess what I discovered when I went to get my lovely loaf out of the bread machine?

Yes, I had forgotten to put the mixing paddle in.

• cross-stitch - hand wash, frame - myself? ,
• duplo - inspect and wash
• Christmas cake - make it!

• decide other deadlines and mark into diary

diy-

• polyfilla holes in ceiling kitchen
• full length mirror for bedroom + more mirrors in general, I like mirrors
• put new bulb for fridge in
• replace downstairs door handles, who? how? how much?

Oops Wasting!

Thai dinner was lovely, ate too much, and we were home by 8.30 !

Longer term:

• Find new dentist that is taking on NHS patients; have looked up some to ring
• Photos: a) move all photos from DH's PC onto time capsule, b) link up my laptop with time capsule so all photos from here go on it DONE, c) upload photos of DC to Snapfish & order
• order door curtain for front door; need to email seller about sizes (got measurements); Bought pole
• clean kitchen cupboard doors
• set up Time Capsule.... My laptop DONE!
• make up basket of toys & pictures for DS2; Got Basket
• pictures to label 'animals' & 'people' & 'cars' boxes
• pile of blankets to homeless centre (some basic shopping first & go through bedding/towels too; Started)
• DS2's new DLA forms; ask on MN, get HV to help, questions for friend with NT 3yr old, etc.
• photos of bits for eBay; Take Photos DONE; Prices from RM DONE; Upload Photos Done Some; list on eBay
• DS2 Statement forms DONE need dh to read through

Yes I went and I survived, (got a tad fustrated), but had a fun day with the dds, we somehow manged to get all stuff into car but thankfully we didn't have anyone else with us or we would have had to abandon them at IKEA
so I got
2 big BILLY bookcases
HEMNES 2+4 chest,
Kiddies lights, (2 flowers & 1 green bug)
the wee half shelf things for up bedside dcs bunks &
the hanging storage things for soft toys all into car, thank God I fitted it in I rang dh as I was going through the till,
he was like no probs it'll fit, so the only thing I haven't been able to do is put the double seat back up again in car

so I am all pleased with myself, now off to make lunch

Afternoon all! Well done on surviving Ikea Plum - can't imagine how you managed to get all that in your car! Wow, am v.impressed.

Today have had lazy morning with DH, he makes pancakes for us every Saturday morning. But now I've got some work to do:

Food shopping for Sunday night (people over for dinner) done
Washing x2 one done
Washing up DH can do
Marinade meat, prep veg and make dessert
Post-shopping feet up doing!
Raspberry leaf tea done x2

Hi. Well done on ikea , Thai dinner sounds good! Second vote for the vanish carpet stuff, though a full on red wine stain is a tough one...... Good luck!

Made it to the new house, still upside down bt beds are up, sky tv is working and it is lovely and warm! Didn't crash the van, so in my book a success so far!

No computer for a while so lists out of the question ( just when I cd really do with them!)

JKS, Santa arrived today at IKEA and it still wasn't too bad unless everyone was waiting at main entrance and not shopping, as the whole time I was there they said he was arriving get to main entrance, even dd1 said thought he said that 10 mins ago

GOOD MORNING (I just thought, that seeing as I am awake, everyone else should be too )

DD3 was in bed at 6 last night and up at 5 this morning, she watched Toy Story 3 for a while but managed to get me out of the bed a half hour ago.

I am away on a hike at 10am with the scouts, so I want to leave the house in an ok state, DH will be here with DS,DD1 and DD3.

CC if DH and kids are going to be at home while you are out, i don't think i would bother!

DH was ill yesterday so spent all day in bed. This meant that i had quite a lot to do, and a clingy baby and tired toddler did not help matters much. This is my lie in btw, F had other ideas this morning - looks like another growth spurt.

House is really getting me down again atm. We have too much stuff, not enough storage space and no decent curtains anywhere in the house.

Evening All,

Tried Vanish... to no effect, it now has a whiteish halo around it. Looks disastrous. Annoyed we didn't get accidental damage cover in our house insurance. Hey ho.

Funny old weekend. Bought a pale apple yellow,-green colour for babies room. And a cool jungle animal window blind and moss green lamp shade. Am pleased.

plum youve made me think that a trip to Ikea is a good idea. Although we bought a wardrobe once and I nearly had to leave DH there to get it home!

Huge headache/migraine Saturday night which nearly stopped me from enjoying watching Gillian McKeith struggle though her bush tucker trial. Nearly but not quite!

Working from home tomorrow! Yay!

Hicups we painted our DD's room green before she was born. We knew we were having a girl, but i wanted a strong colour, and much as i like pink i wanted it to be calming.
Try using a carpet washer, it really is the only thing that works.

Hicups, that is the first actual furniture we bought and I love it, it all went together so easy and very good quality, the dcs rooms have been transformed with their BILLY bookcases (oh God think I've got IKEA fever)

Right your carpet I had this stuff for years that removed everything, I think it was called Dry Clean, Or Spot Clean, but it smelt like a dry cleaners, clear bottle with white & red, or yellow and red label

Right have loads to do

MILs birthday this week
plus cake sale at school, so need to make list of ingredients
and decide if I want a treatment in hotel, think SIL has already booked hers
need to sort all washing
Dispose of all cardboard packaging
hoover
actually everything needs doing [aarrrgggghhhhh]

Found it look at last product in 7th row,

called spotless dry clean so I was nearly there
