Yey, congratulations Alice Grin

Hope all went smoothly & you get home soon x

FreakoidOrganisoid · 19/08/2010 19:58

Yay for alice!

Wasting you should be proud, I have only started doing that in the last year or so and it makes such a difference-means you don't start the day one step behind.

I was such a fuckwit this morning, had to go to cashpoint on way to station so went to the one at sainsburys. Was in a bit of a hurry and had lots going through head, said to the dc come on then quickly into sainsburys to get some drinks-was half way to door when realised I hadnt taken my cash, Yelled for dc to come back, ran back and terrified the old lady who had just approached the cashpoint and who thought I was trying to rob her but the money wasn't there. I was at most 25 metres away when I realised Angry

So that's the equivalent of nearly a weeks food I just gave away [stupid]

Feel worse about the old lady though, I really scared her by running up to the cashpoint. I just wasn't thinking. Don't know what I was saying, probably just is my money still there but I doubt I was making much sense, esp as the man at the other one thought I was just in a hurry and offered to let me go before him Blush. I did apologise and explain afterwards and she was fine about it but I still feel really bad.

FreakoidOrganisoid · 19/08/2010 19:59

Oh and the dc really enjoyed the Natural History Museum Smile

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 19/08/2010 21:17

Yay Alice! Grin

Hi JKS, hope you're having a lovely time!

Freak - OMG nightmare on all counts there :( The machine doesn't suck it back in or anything if it isn't taken in a certain time does it?
Natural History Museum is fab - we think DS is a bit little for it yet but your DS isn't loads older than him is he?

I have got a scan first thing tomorrow. Gulp. Am absolutely shitting myself but trying to be positive because I am so tired and feel so sick - surely those are good signs?
We will see.
My lovely Dad is coming up to look after DS, so he will have a lovely morning with his Grandpa anyway :)

DONE
All meals and clearing up
Tidy and dust upstairs
2 loads of washing
Proper clean of highchair, side tables etc
Sort out airing cupboard and put away clean clothes etc
Clean bath after DS pooed in it!
Run dishwasher
Post pile

TO DO
Dust downstairs
Ironing (think DH is going to do it)
Print out some recent photos of DS for my Grandma
Sort out clothes and nappies for DS for the morning
Wash my hair
Bed

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 19/08/2010 21:19

Mini - we have had no success with tomatoes at all this year. There are about 200 lovely big green tomatoes on our plants but they just will not ripen :(
Loads of courgettes though, one or two really good sized ones every day for the last fortnight and more coming still.
