Ali!

Congratulation on your pregancy (really need to keep an eye on this thread more)

Things are better thanks.

Stopped the eviction by a month and the council are going to buy the house back off me. So will know soon if I get to stay as a tennant indefinatly.

Just finished a financial statement with the solicitors so I cant do anything else for now.

The Boy finally realised that daddy isnt coming home any time soon, but like the rerst of us, he can not wait until we can be out there all together again.

The school holidays are driving me bananas but other than that I'm doing ok.

MarthaSlatternStewart · 06/08/2010 15:58

Ipom sounds like you are getting somewhere

Mini Is it bad that half of me dosen't want the spray to work as your moth adventures make me smileGrin

Ali seen the other Ali on another thread had me confused again as she was talking about her ddConfused I was going to say something but my mum arrived and no one has wrote on thread for over an hour
Oh yeap he did say iron levels were abit low but wasn't keen on putting me on tablets, just up my green veg, erm all I eat is green vegHmm,

OKAY EVERYONE TAKE SEATS

My mum came with my aunt to collect the cake and just as she was getting in car, she told me my dad wants to speak to me BUT he dosen't want tocome to my house and she knows I won't go over there so will I think about it..................
For 3.6 years thats all I've thought about now I don't want to, dh keeps asking me what I want to do aaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhh

I just don't know what I want to say, how I say the things I need to say without hurting his feelings,
I suppose I maybe shouldn't worry about hurting his feeling as he didn't worry about mine and thats how we ended up here!

So now I really have done F'all

minimammoth · 06/08/2010 16:18

Martha/Plum
Possibly meeting your dad on neutral ground is a good idea. One of my teachers used to say - 'forget the past- you can't change it. Build on what you want for the future. Start with the small things. And let go of any expectations that things will get fixed.' Good luck.

wastingaway · 06/08/2010 16:18

Hey hey! I've been busy but still have millions to do. Confused

So I need a list.

Ipom, good to see you. Smile

Ali, sorry I didn't get to your thread, I'm not much use with those sorts of things anyway, but it sounds like a sensible plan.

I think children are more attuned aren't they?
Or did I learn too much from Quantum Leap? Grin

Mini, good luck with the moths!
Lakeland Envy Love it love it!

Anon adieu!

Plum, I think I missed the background to what happened with your Dad, but I think if honesty is what can help move the situation forward, then it's probably best even if it hurts him.

Freaky, you look fab! Really lovely. How are you going to do your hair?

We've had fun at Children's Centre today, and I've bought cupcake ingredients. Grin

Aw thanks everyone, you are all so lovely and I feel better about wearing it now. Wasting not sure about hair...probably not a lot because I have to get ready on the train/in a loo. I am crap at updo's anyway so will probably just straighten it or something.

Happy holidays anonymous Smile

Mini get those moths! Although I also enjoy the moth updates...

Alice my sister stayed a few days longer than planned when I was expecting because I was so tetchy she knew it would be soon! I thought I was acting fine...

Plum that's a really hard one...I also don't know the full background but it depends on whether you believe he will be willing to put inthe effort to rebuild your relationship and whether you think he will disappoint/hurt you again.

DD being really naughty and ds keeps bursting into tears and saying he doesn't want to stay at daddys new house...I knew he would be upset because he hates change/sleeping in places he doesn't know but when I asked h if they could go and see his house before they stayed there tonight he said he was too busy so the dc have never even been there.

Just got back from seeing wc nan and she told me she used to think I was his gf and then was disappointed when she met her! She says he is very fond of me Grin

Mornin' Alice. Only one day to go. Perhaps if we all think labour inducing thoughts and send them your way it might get you startedGrin Am a great believer in the power of the mind me. Not working on the moths though.
For all you tomato fans, the tomato has left the plant.

Today I have already:
got dishy on,
filled washer,
picked up the piles from the garden so lawn can be cut
hung out sheets
got TOO HOT, eye skin thing still there must see doc.
Outing to art gallery later
Dinner later
Cut Lawn
dig out compost and spread

Thanks Mini but there is just no way i can have a baby this week. Way too inconvenient. DD desperately needs to get rid of this grump she has got in before i can even think of letting other people near her. She hid from DH yesterday "Aah it's a scary monster" Hmm The crib is not even out of it's box yet and i have no idea if we have sheets to fit until it is put up. I also have a bit of digestive trouble which i would quite like to be dealt with beforehand. I have also got a pulled back and had horse trouble this morning. (sorry, got a bit carried away with my ranting)
