For my MA Magazine Journalism major project at Cardiff University, I am writing and researching about retirees and general people downsizing in the UK. I am creating a pitch deck and presentation for my (hypothetical) new media brand and would greatly appreciate the help.
I am interested in understanding why people are downsizing, their housing preferences, and the types of content they want to consume.
