Should we put a toilet in the loft conversion?

My DH (a builder) has created a small room in our loft, with building control approval. Our roof is an awkward shape so the new room is not large. We could squeeze in a toilet but it would be half under the eaves. It also means the bed would not be facing the window with its stunning view. We are tempted to leave out the toilet. We will have a 4 bedroom house with 2 toilets. I am desperate for opinions! Thanks.

I wouldn't bother with the loo, but none of us get up in the night so I'm maybe skewed in my opinion. I'd rather have a nice room. I don't really like en-suite bathrooms anyway.

70s but I've never NOT got up in the night to go to the loo. Too stringent potty training I fear.

How about making it a teen's bedroom if they will find the stairs easy? Your guest bedroom could go on the floor below so older/younger guests could easily get to the bathroom during the night. It looks a lovely room, I think most teens would love a room like that.

I think for our family, we do not need the loo but we will move in about 5 years and I don't want to put buyers off.
