What colour with this sofa

Help needed please. We can't decide and stupidly asked DC too which has just made it even more complicated.

I love this pic from sofa.com. Our sofa but ours is very dark blue. The rest of family think it's too green. I'm not a fan of the very grey/blue colours they like. So seeking other's opinions!

We have sampled F&B Dix blue, oval room blue, stone blue.

So your sofa is a different colour to the one in the picture?

The room faces north and south but not a huge amount of light gets in due to trees, next door etc

Watching! We have a navy blue Joules sofa in our snug and a dark blue sofa (I love blue!) our our kitchen/lounge/dining room... currently got white walls and want inspiration!
I was thinking silver wallpaper on feature walls but not sure

If it’s your sofa exactly on the post at 10.49 it’s quite dark so I personally won’t go with your choice of green colours as they look too dark together. I would go for much lighter creamy green tone. Maybe work from other furniture in the room - you can match walls towards it and then sofa will make a contrast statement.

looking at it again and can’t decide if it’s warm or cold colour - my screen is not good with colours. But my point stand that I will go for much lighter paint then you put in your posts.

I thinkmit looks a bit cold and gloomy but then this might be the tablet resolution. Wait till sofa is here, have your favourite samples on the wall and choose what you like best.

I like Oval Room Blue best with the sofa you've posted.

We've got a dark blue sofa which I've put with light sage green walls. Wooden floor and furniture adds warmth, together with bronze light fittings, sockets etc. I'm really happy with it.

Not the stone blue for sure. Googled wall colours to complement navy sofa/decor, some sights recommend various shades of green. I also don't like cool blues and like some warmth.

I have oval room in my bedroom, I love it. It's what I consider to be a pretty blue, and it would definitely work with navy.

We have navy sofas and walls are Parma Gray (actually a blue colour)

It looks really nice. I’m not fan of grey usually but it looks nice and warm grey.

Yes, that photo colour combination is lovely - it's like a sort of pebble colour.

I do like that combo @Londontown12. It's a darker version of what we have in our lounge. Going to have another google see if I can find the colour

Think the dark blue works with lots of colours hence the problem deciding.

We have light sage in our bedroom which I love but DH doesn't want it!

We have the same colour sofa and used Little Greene Aquamarine Mid. I also have coral accents. The room is north facing and the wall colour really works with little natural light. The room was light blue before and was so cold and drab. Avoid light blue if you can.
