How do you dry or do yr hair if you dont have a dressing table?

Re doing our bedroom...no room for a dressing table...what do you use?

Full length mirror on wall. I got rid of my dressing table for space.

I always sat on the floor in front of a mirror led wardrobe until we moved and could have a dressing table

I sit on the bed or stand up and open the wardrobe door which has a mirror inside.

I do my everyday makeup downstairs in the downstairs loo. Keep my makeup there in the under sink vanity.

I stand in front of the mirror over the fireplace in the living room and do mine there. I got in the habit of doing that when the dc were little as I couldn’t leave them downstairs on their own.

I had a plug installed inside the wardrobe (built in wardrobe) and the full length mirror is opposite that wardrobe. so I do my hair there. Make up I do in the kitchen with a hand mirror while the DC eat breakfast.

I do have a dressing table but don’t use it for dressing/make up! It gets used as a work desk when all the other working spots in the house are occupied.

On the floor of the landing in front of a full length mirror.

Sit on bed to dry hair with hairdryer (if I can be bothered) that lives chucked under the bed. Go into bathroom to use the mirror to stick hair in ponytail. That's how everyone does it, right?!

I stand up and have a mirror over my chest of drawers.... it's much easier to blow dry your hair standing up 😃

Sorry op, I don't have a dressing table or hair dryer; long hair, dried naturally then messy pony tail.

I have mirror on my chest of drawers and a long mirror standing next to it. Not a problem at all.

I don't think I've ever had a dressing table my whole life!

I sit on the bed and dry my hair (no mirror) and then I sit on the couch and watch tv to straighten it (no mirror). Much to be said for a bob :)

I've a mirror on my window sill and I do my hair and make up there.

I've got a full length mirror (a wall leaning one) in my bedroom. If I'm just going to work I don't even bother looking in it whilst drying my hair, I just sit on my bed.

I've lived in at least 20 different places and have never had a dressing table.

In front of a full length mirror on the landing, and I keep the hairdryer plugged in on a stool there. If I ever have guests I put it away in the airing cupboard which is on the landing.

This is what exactly I do. I have quite a large landing but not so much bedroom space.

I have a dressing table but dry my hair on another room standing up. Dressing table a must for me for make up and styling my hair. Can it go in another room?

Hairdryer plugged in next to the top step of the stairs, sit on stairs to dry it! It means that the children can also use it without needing to be in my room.

I set cross-legged on my bedroom floor in front of a mirror.

I sit on the carpet. I have a mirror I take off the wall to do my make up with. I never stand up to dry my hair or do make up.

In my bedroom ^

Sat or stood in front of the mirror.
Sometimes I do it in the kitchen or the lounge (without a mirror).
I have a dressing table now but don't use it (I'm out of the habit)
I put my makeup on in the kitchen while the DC eat breakfast, or in the bathroom after I've washed my face.

Have a mirror with a shelf beneath it, and on either side those wire basket/shelf things you can attach to the wall with hairdryer/hairsprays etc in them. There’s enough room to put a chair in front if I want to do make up properly, but mostly I just sit on the bed to do my hair.
