Under mount sink

We are having a Wickes Tiverton bone kitchen with the island in Tiverton slate. We will be having Unistone Carrara Blanco quartz worktops. My final decision is the sink - we know we want an under mount but cannot decide on white ceramic or stainless steel. Thoughts?

The handles we chose weren't in the order catalogue but we had seen them in the showroom on the same kitchen and knew they would be perfect...I knew I wanted ss lights and tap ...

Our experience was the opposite: ceramic a maintenance nightmare (scratches and tea stains), love the new stainless steel replacement!

We have a blanco siligranit undermount sink. Not much more than stainless. Several colour choices. It cleans easily and looks lovely.
