Last holiday: just returned (at 1am this morning!) from a solo trip to Porto. LOVED it. Gorgeous city .
Next holiday: me and my friend are going to Geneva / Annecy in Sept for a long weekend to celebrate turning 40.

Dream holiday: i actually have no idea. I have lots of 'hope to go' holidays but they're all different for different reasons. Would love to do a big orlando parks holiday with the teens before they leave home. Would love to go interrailing for the summer. Would like to do a world cruise with my husband. Would like to do an Artic cruise at some point in my life.

We much preferred it over Lisbon (we visited both in the same year, 2024).

Our last holiday was to Disney world Florida and we loved it (have been before). That was February.
Next is to the Welsh border area in a couple of weeks.
Best has been Disney world abroad. In UK I love North Yorkshire

Dorset caravan holiday two years ago.

Not sure hoping for a break in January in a lodge. It will be something SC in the UK that’s the only holidays we do.

canada, never been. we always wanted to emigrate to there talked about it for years never happened. I have Canadian ancestry so I want to see all the places I’m from if that makes sense.

Just came back from Corsica, always lovely. Oct break have a week of fly and flop in Cyprus planned, but Xmas will be Sri Lanka and Maldives. Now looking at Spring, I was thinking Indonesia (Borneo, Komodo and some sailing around various small islands) but looks like family is leaning towards Japan.

I don't have a specific dream holiday. But there are many places I still want to see.

Best - all our holidays to Thailand have been fabulous (except for the very first, as went during rainy season and ended up at a tourist trap party beach area). I also really loved Brittany and Ile de Re a couple of years ago.

Last holiday - Lake District (early July)
Next holiday - Devon (early August)

Can’t say that I have a particular dream holiday, just a long list of places I fancy visiting, and others I’ll go back to.

Next two abroad holidays are Sorrento (October) and Corfu (next May).

Best - probably Cyprus this year, been many times but the hotel this time was complete luxury

Recently returned from Namibia. Was high in my top 5 holidays - absolutely stunningly beautiful, and impossible not to unwind/relax. So loads of wildlife (most of it 'accidentally' along the coast - whales, dolphins, seals, flamingos, killer whales, hyenas etc)

Came back from Melbourne in January, and am off to Japan in December.

Dream would be Chicago and East Coast of the US but DP won't visit America whilst Trump is still in office.

Not as a tourist but a traveller.....

last holiday was to the Lake District. Next is to the Highlands. Best holidays were in France years ago.

we have been to a number of places - Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, Calvi, Corte, Propriano etc. Island is not that big so can easily do several locations per trip. No need to use any travel agencies there, just book the plane tickets and hotels/villas/airBnBs as you prefer.

We are on holiday in Greece, our next holiday will also be in Greece as here is SO nice. Scotland is also amazing, in a woolly jumper and thick socks way.

Next /upcoming: Dominican Republic (December), Halkidiki July 27, Cyprus October 27.

Best: Disney Orlando. Can’t wait to do again.

Next: Going to book something for our wedding anniversary early next year, considering Mexico/Costa Rica or similar.

Dream: it was Alaska but I’m going to have to come up with something new now, though I’d do it over and over again, there’s so much to do- Alaska in winter maybe?! Also any kind of trip that starts in Vancouver makes my heart happy. South Africa also high on the list- Cape Town, Garden Route, Safari.

Last- mini break in Snowdonia, road trip around Netherlands/Germany

Next- campsite in France (2027 looking like Austrian Alps)

Last holiday was 4 days in London, last abroad holiday was Bavaria for 5 nights back in May. Next holiday is Namibia in a few weeks. Dream holiday is probably Madagascar or Yucatan (I mean touring the Mayan temples across the peninsula, I don't mean sitting on a beach in Cancun), both been on my wish list ages. The Angkor temples in Cambodia in combination with Vietnam was probably my favourite trip, but I went in 2002, tourism has increased massively in the intervening 24 years.

And how would that work on an anonymous forum ?
