Turin
Barcelona (El Prat)
Brussels (make sure you fly into Zaventem, not "Brussels South" which is actually in Charleroi)
Luxembourg

Bergamo. Ryanair's biggest hub outside the UK. They got a bit of stick when they started because they call it "Milan Bergamo" and it's miles from Milan, but it's a €3 bus ride into Bergamo town which is just great. There's the lower town which is a nice modern European city, the upper town which is all wonderful old Italian architecture with places selling Aperol Spritz in takeaway cups for €5, and then the upper-upper town with even more amazing views. 48 hours of everything you like about Italy, two hours from Stansted.

Bratislava.
Beautiful hidden gem of a city. The airport is about 20 mins by taxi and very quiet.

Apparently Malaga airport is the best place to fly into for Seville.. with just a short train ride.

It's two hours on a train from the main station at Malaga plus the 15 mins on the train from the airport - not quite the same as a 20 minute taxi ride if you are only on a weekend break .

RomainesToBeSeen · 22/03/2024 23:37

Lisbon?

MariaLuna · 22/03/2024 23:39

Amsterdam is a 15 minute train ride from the airport.

GrumpyPanda · 22/03/2024 23:41

Munich
Cologne
The Hague

Another vote for copenhagen. 20 minutes on the metro and you're in the (wonderful) city centre. Love Copenhagen so much!

SabrinaThwaite · 23/03/2024 00:19

Pisa - the airport is about 1 km from the city main railway station. There’s a shuttle train, but if there are several of you travelling then a taxi is cheaper.

Tatapie · 23/03/2024 00:35

Definitely Palma

PralinaChocs · 23/03/2024 00:38

Innsbruck
Frankfurt
Zurich

ASighMadeOfStone · 23/03/2024 07:12

Innsbruck was the fastest I've done recently. Through the airport in less than 10 minutes, onto a bus outside and into the city.

rookiemere · 23/03/2024 07:38

Budapest
Gdansk
Dubrovnik
