Warm places abroad September 2nd week still open ?

Can anyone recommend a warm place abroad for 2nd week in September where it is still open to tourists etc ?

We are a couple in our 50s

I think everywhere is still expensive and still warm during the first half of September. It’s often the summer holiday period of choice for the crowd not tied to school holidays. It’s when we go with our baby (now toddler) and places are always busy with young families/childless couples and older people.

We went to Greek island in September- still very hot - 35 or so most days

September will still be warm in a lot of Europe and mostly open, we’ve noticed things start winding down and closing during the October half term.
If you’re not tied to early September try later.
September is still hugely cheaper than the school holidays from what I can see!
I’m counting down the years until we can take holidays when we want - not long now 😂

Kids in much of the Med return to school around 15th September so that's when we go. Almost everything still open, weather still hot and it's cheaper. Only downside if you're a swimmer is that lifeguards stop patrolling.

I think everywhere is open in September. It's a key month for everyone not tied to school summer holidays

Southern Italy. Prices for sunbeds drop in September and again after the 16th September when the kids go back to school. Will still be super hot.

Cinque Terre in Italy, still busy and warm.

Madeira, September is their warmest month apparently.

We are just back from Puglia. That will be lovely in September. Last year we went to Sicily - Taormina and Ortigia - and weather was fab.
