EasyJet or Ryanair?

Need to choose between the two and would appreciate any recent experiences. Ryanair has a historically awful reputation but I have heard that's not been too bad in recent years. Would be to Europe from Manchester or East Midlands. Thanks in advance

That's like asking do you want your left or right leg amputated. Both options are shit.

😂

Use them both, not much difference but during covid Ryan Air were better.

I fly a couple of times a week with both. Both are fine

Easyjet. Was really pleased with them when travelled over Easter.

Travelled weekly to Ireland for a couple of months. The Ryan air flights were always delayed with bad comms

as PP said they are always at the furthest gate. They were very very quick to get you through the gate then left us all stood cramped in the stairwell or even worse on the tarmac in the freezing cold for 30/40 mins each time waiting from them to turnaround the plane and actually allow us to board

I fly a lot and would happily use either, just follow the rules on luggage and watch your passport is in date under the new rules and you'll be fine. Ryanair got me out after four and a half months stuck in Spain during Covid when nobody else was flying. They also kept their staff on and so are in a better position to operate now.

What I would strongly advocate is using East Mids, Manchester is an awful airport that's got worse since the plague.
