Check out the British Airports Authority website.
It has links and contact phone numbers.
The airlines have to take guidance for the British Airports Authority (BAA). So it is a good place to start at. Pre plan your journey and good luck.

Looks like his plane's going this morning, and he's at the airport. Just given him details of the handbag I like seeing he's got a few minutes, though not too sure what Warsaw duty free's like!
