I want to go to France, stay on a sandy beach in a static caravan...

Does this exist? Where can I look to find a gorgeous sandy beach, with lovely weather (August) a static caravan to hire, somewhere to walk to in evenings to eat etc. child friendly.

Suggestions would be great.

Not sure if this is what you're after, but we've been with Carisma before and had fab holidays.

Riviera Villages have 3 campsites directly on the beach near St Tropez. We stayed in a tikki hut for my 40th birthday - twas fab. Alternatively, and probably more cheaply, check out Serian, Portiragnes and Vias-Plage. Eurocamp/Canvas/Thompson alfresco do these sites. I think it is either the Thomson or Eurocamp ones at Vias that are right on the beach. Good luck for August though! Some of the Argeles campsites are also right on the beach.

Les Druides in Carnac is a short walk to the beach plus has a lovely pool and amenities and super clean.

Was lovely, big site so you may not be right near beach, but lovely restaurants nearby, take cycles if you can, we cycled to a gorgeous restaurant in middle of a forest.
Very good food and drink too!
