Villa in South France we were going to has had a fire so we have nowhere to go...

Not really what we wanted. Preferred a french style house but needs must.

We found a fabulous one here But the dates just did not work out adn it wouldhave cost us lot more.

Next year though!!!

has a very lovely pool but gardens weren't done when these pics taken last year. they sent me a pdf with pics of gardens and pool.
we've done a kind of DIY scott dunn - works out (just about) cheaper - local cook coming to the villa to cook, housekeeper etc.

we are driving down there and then might potter about for a few more days before coming home..

Cant beleive I leve in the morning (pop back for 24 hours on saturday) and then drive back again..madness!!

yes we have alistair sawday so wil take that.

we are fine milward..jsut pttering adn kids want to decide where we go so will just do that for a w=few days once we have rested and browned!!!
