(She is 5 months now) It can't be any more dangerous than driving with her screaming, coughing, gagging, vomiting, choking, INCESSANTLY.

I discussed this with a paed. and she said that that hers were so bad she just drove with them on someone's lap because she was far less likely to crash without the screaming.

Any thoughts on the least dangerous way of doing this? Or any other approaches? It's got to be worth a try.

DH has booked this summer's holiday with just him and dd1 because of this. :(

I too do not believe in cranial osteopathy and wouldn't bother with it but then thats my opinion, and I would actually buy a nes car seat as I can get the money back for the car seat but not for the osteopathy if it doesn't work, just a thought.

Mojomummy I have to say that I found your first post on the thread over the top, harsh and totally out of place, morning paper is obviously at her wits end and it trying lots of different things to help the situation she does not need you being so down right nasty.

Well you don't have to say it's been used just that you tried to place it in the car on your own you couldn't get it to fit and so need a different one so that you can feel safe knowing that it is in properly.

A quick trip around the block and MP would know if she wanted to keep it and she wouldn't have to feel guilty about returning it as she would know it is perfect condition. Most stores will allow you to do this, just don't take any tage off before you know your really want to keep it. As I said just a thought.

mp, where are you? i am using a britax 1st class which can be rearfacing, you are quite welcome to try it out.

flutterbee, I'm not being nasty. I'm being honest & offering a angle that obviously hasn't been considered.

However I do agree that if someone wants to potentinally endanger their childs life, much as I find it very sad, it is, none of my business.
