Planning to visit Billund in summer with 2 adults and 3 kids - any hot tips for the Danish version of Legoland? Esp. vouchers/coupons.

No coupons I'm afraid but just a quick comment to say that Legoland Denmark is ACE! My parents took my brother and I one year and we loved it. If you eat in the castle and order anything with a skewer the food comes skewered on a hangman Shock

Thanks for the tips - looks like I am probably just going to have to pay full price as dont have annual pass. Looking forward to it though and heard there is a legoland outlet so hopeful something might be affordable for the kids.

Stay at Lalandia Bilund - 10 mins walk away. Book via http://www.legolandholidays.dk/engelsk/wcmPage.asp?PageNumber=17807 Legoland Holidays since accommodation and resort pass deal will work out cheaper. We went Oct half term - flew budget airline to Bilund, very short taxi ride down the road to the resort. All very easy and no queues! Water park was fab too.

Is there anything else to do nearby?
Did you do one or two days in legoland

Has anyone been to Givskud Zoo?

maycontainnutz · 16/06/2012 12:26

Have discovered that there are 2 for 1 vouchers for the Danish legoland available in Germany and on the German version of eBay so although have to pay something is better than the full price at the gate

DH went last weekend with DS they loved it! They stayed at the Legoland hotel for one night and had a two day ticket to Lego land cost £180 then flights were £80. DH said food was really expensive but across from the hotel was Lalandia which he said was fantastic and has loads of places to eat which were cheaper and nicer. They walked back to the airport he said it took about 30 mins.

Thanks, I'm weighing up doing 1 day vs 2 at Legoland

We are going to stay at Lalandia and they offer a resort pass deal
