Rye, near the harbour. Don't make the same mistake as me and cross the little river onto the sand as the tide rises very quickly. Grin

Bit spesh - definitely! Especially with my bleached hair and blue mascara. I looked positively sultry. Grin Of course I was clothed underneath my tabard! This was a family run establishment!

Porto - I have had pretty much a reverse life - grew up just outside bxl and now moved here from London. I think we have discussed before (although I may have been using a diff name then?)

Oh maybe - that sounds a bit familiar? So I grew up by the sea in Kent and now live just outside Bxl.. He he.

Pett Level, between Hastings and Rye. It has free parking, a good pub right next to it and lots of trendy houses below beach level so you can have a good gawk through the windows. It also has amazing, sea-worn groynes that make great photos. And sand at low tide.

Porto can't pretend I'm not slightly disappointed at the under-tabard clothing. Missed opportunity there.
