I am through to Lancashire, literally just landed in my in box.

Just had my AC and feel awful. I am 100% certain I won't get a place. The group session and role play both went really well, but then I bombed at the interview (which wasn't really an interview, just them firing questions at you not about you at all, just 'tell me a time when you...'). FUCKS SAKE

I'm sure you have displayed enough of your abilities and other bits went that well so that's great. Interviews often feel worse to us because it just you under the spot light! You have probably done better than you think !

I honestly feel that even completing the AC is an achievement. The easy option would just be to give up, so well done! I agree it's likely you did better than you think. If I think back to job interviews I have had and been successful, I had no indication that I would be successful from how I sensed the interview went.

Did you get any of your marks back? I just did the written assessment and am a bit bummed.

I repeated myself and rush the last question 😭

@mangoandpineapple and @ihavedreams please don't worry too much. You get marks for every section and it's your overall score that matters. I really did bomb my interview, didn't even answer two questions as said I couldn't think of any examples but I still got a place.

And no, I've had no marks or anything back at all.

Just found out I have been successful! So happy and can't quite believe it as I thought I definitely didn't do my best!

@palan93 hi, cohort 7 starts in January 2022, they usually run every 2 years so if cohort 8 goes ahead I think recruitment would be in 2023 for 2024 start

As the programme haven't started yet not sure how much I could help but happy for you to ask and help where I can!
