This is our 50000 (or summat like that) thread.

Some of us do wW, some do the Lord Ford and there may even be a little bit of South Beach in here too!

If you have loads or a teeny tiny bit of weight to lose or even if you just want to eat healthy then this could be the thread for you.

Hello MyCat - have a lovely time.

Fingers crossed for you Mouse x

No question Bitter, I was just nosey interested . I used to work for Asda on the home shopping section - I loved that job. 7pm till midnight 3 nights a week. Then some lovely person came along and changed all the shifts to one slot - 5am till 10am . I tried it, but I couldn't do it. I had to be up at 4.00am on a morning, was horrendous.

Thanks double and belle.

I've just hooked him up fast asleep to a pump full of the stuff. It's the only was to get it in him.

No sleep for me tonight...........

And promised DD we'd have a girly shop tomorrow...

Yawning already at the long day ahead....

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/06/2010 22:38

4am?

No, I basically manage the checkout team and sort training etc. Very exciting.

I started on the checkouts after I was made redundant while pregnant with DD.

I started when she was six weeks old, and after 6 months they asked if I wanted a promotion. I sometimes regret saying yes as I didn't really want a job with responsibility while DD was little.

But on the upside, the pay increase means I have been able to cut my hours in half, they guaranteed that they would fit my hours around DH's and if I ever need extra cash I can do overtime on checkouts.

And I have had a job scrubbing toilets in McD's before, so I think it's safe to say I am not proud!

Mouseface, I do indeed know about naughty/evil/sadistic cats. MIne lives in the house because he would have my eyes out if I didn't (the bastard!) I'm going to Bigbury On Sea which has a little Island called Burgh Island that you can walk to when the tide is out. It was lovely when we visted for the day 3 yrs ago.

Fluff - wow, that is a lot of cats for you to look after, well done (bet you'd have given up if you'd had mine to look after!)

SAF, don't feel too fed up about the weight. What diet you doing? I'm rejoiing WW when Iget back from hols. Hope the sinus pain goes soon

Lizzy, well done on the weight loss

Hello Norma, long time no see for me (been a tad absent!)

Mittz, glad to hear the counselling was good yesterday

Alice, take it easy (jus thought I';d say it ) and hope the moggy is OK. I had to go and give blood three times for one test when pg because they kept writing the wrong date on the bloody phial. I asked whty they couldn't just change the date instead of draining me again but they said they weren't allowed, Gits. I hope they find yours!

Bella, that is so lovely for your DS. How kind of them to let him help and then pay him. What a good lad.

Yank, come on you, get back on the diet and healthy eating gig! THrow out the crap food, get loads of WW convenience food in to replace the takeaways and get munching on WW nachos (v nice). Don't worry about the gym, you;'ve had loads on your plate, you'll get round to it. I'm, struggling too but have decided today that I am going for it on the weight loss and healthy front. Lets do it all together!

Double, shame about your friend. I hope the colonsocopy results turn out OK

Crispy, hello, glad you had a good time away. Bugger about the insurance people. Really hope you get the correct (yes we are paying out) answer. Will be in touch when back from hols, we owe each other a beer methinks

Phew, that was a big catch up from me, first one for a while I think. And probablyu last one for a week because on holiday.

Mouseface · 04/06/2010 22:45

What are we all up to this weekend???

BBQ tomorrow after shopping with DD. See how DS is then hopefully chilling Sunday.

You?

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 04/06/2010 22:47

HOLIDAY FOR ME

(I may have mentioned I'm a bit excited)

Mouseface · 04/06/2010 22:50

Stop now!! I know you're going away.

Have a fab time. x

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 04/06/2010 22:56

Thanks SAF. We can stay up being naughty together!

I've just unhooked the pump so fingers crossed it stays down.

Can I have another vody if you're staying up to keep me company?

MyCat - shush now. No-one likes a show off.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 04/06/2010 23:13

MyCat when are you going and where

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/06/2010 23:16

MyCat - have a fab holiday!

Mouse - Not sure if I'm speaking to you after the 'I can't take a good photo' thread.

Saf - are we still friends or has my devil spawn put you off?

Mouseface · 04/06/2010 23:19

Bitter - oh dear. It is the only one I have my eyes open on and I'd had no sleep the day it was taken, I think I look shocking on it. Vacant almost...

Please talk to me.

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 04/06/2010 23:23

Fanny, going to Bigbury on Sea in Devon tomorrow for a week. I think I'm the most excited in the house about it. When I asked DD if she was looking forward to it she gave me this very condescending look and said 'a little bit mummy, lets see when we get there' . She's 4 1/2 fgs! I'de have been wetting my pants with excitement at that age about going on holiday in a caravan by the beach (in fact, I nearly am at 40!). Bloody kids

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/06/2010 23:28

MyCat

Mouse, shut up you are gorgeous. FACT.

Mouseface · 04/06/2010 23:38

Glad DS has settled, I'm off myself soon.

In fact I was just watching a YouTube link from a thread and the dog was looking too.

I looked at the dog, and said to her "You can't watch YouTube, you're a dog"

And then laughed like a loon.

Bedtime calls I think.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/06/2010 23:46

So yes, to answer your question saf - maybe
