Why why why am I being rubbish with food now...wooly layers are so much more forgiving. I really am feeling very blurghhh in my summer stuff - too much opportunity for flesh overflow.

Mrs W - badminton is such a wonderful idea. I used to love that as it's that brilliant mix of relatively easy to play but lots of running about. Now where the heck do I find badminton courts in sunny north london!!

Bella - I've done the same re bread...it's but you know you are allowed a slice in teh morning...it's just the pigging out stuff that is baaadddddd (for instance a WHOLE granary baguette over teh course of a day...now that would be really really bad ahem)

I phoned DH earlier (on his way back from the Lakes) to ask if he fancied camping this weekend in the glorious weather. He said yes but i don't fancy 3hrs+ in Friday traffic down to the SW. DIB do you know any good Welsh campsites which might be closer?

Saf poor ds, the finnster had his jabs a few weeks ago and he cried, he is a wimp sensitive little thing, my ds1 is tough as old boots and never cried as a kid
