Well, I watched this tonight, and it made me cry, like I knew it would. I don't know whether to feel uplifted or deeply depressed by it.

My mum has just been referred to Paul Salkovskis to treat her OCD - having watched this programme and seeing what he has been able to achieve with these people - I don't know...if he could do for her what he has done for them... I feel really quite sad about it and half wish I hadn't watched it.

But I think this was a really valuable programme and shows how reality tv can be used to really educate and inform, not just for cheap thrills.
