Oooo hells that bag is scrummy!

BitOfFun · 27/02/2010 20:21

That bag looks fantastic, hells!

bellavita · 27/02/2010 20:21

Mine are watching Ant and Dec too jet. In fact I had run my bath and DS1 asked if he could use my water before me as he needed to get back downstairs for the tv.

bellavita · 27/02/2010 20:21

I lurve the bag.

hellsbelles · 27/02/2010 20:21

It is lovely - just a waste for me having two similar ones and I thought it might be good for Jet as she probably has tons of stuff to carry around with all those essays.

NormaSknockers · 27/02/2010 20:22

LOL charming Bella!

NormaSknockers · 27/02/2010 20:23

Awww that's so sweet of your hells

MyCatIsABastard · 27/02/2010 20:23

evening all.

Lizzy, DH is the buyer for ski equipment where he works. He's an ex ski teacher (yes, I am the cliche bird who married her ski teacher ). Every year the manufacturers have a ski test in Europe where all the buyers go to test them then buy them. It is indeed a good gig. The lucky git!

I am going to have to find myself one of these fat wobbler machines. MIght have to see where Sazz goes to give it a go. It sound like just what I need.

Vin, love the bathroom colour.

Mitts have a good night out.

BOF cake looks bloody fab to me. I'd eat it!

Homemade pizza for tea. loads of veg and tomato puree. Very yum

Here is todays food list.

3 slices ww toast and jam for breakfast
2 slices lean bacon, 1 potatoe waffle (oven baked) 4 tablespoons beans for lunch
Homemade pizza for tea (4 slices)
1 bag of soft licquorice (not so good)
2 digestives
8 smarties
1 glass of wine

Not going to lose weight his way am I! It's all the inbetween stuff that's screwing it up! I am eating out of boredom. Hopefully going back to work wil give my brain the work out it needs.

hellsbelles · 27/02/2010 20:23

DH has predicted - 'this show won't last' about the Ant and Dec - though DS seems to be loving it.

hellsbelles · 27/02/2010 20:25

Cat - I love the fact you counted the smarties

NormaSknockers · 27/02/2010 20:25

I watched about 30 seconds of A&D & turned it over

hellsbelles · 27/02/2010 20:27

and BOF...that looks very delicious

bellavita · 27/02/2010 20:27

I know Norma, I know. Luckily he literally was 5 mins!

and as Norma says hells, you are very sweet.

BitOfFun · 27/02/2010 20:27

Oh yes, eight smarties is nothing. If you buy organic chocolate it's got no calories too, you know

I agree with your husband, hells- tis shit.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 27/02/2010 20:29

Shiney - so glad your Gran is in good spirits.

MyCat - perhaps I could pick your brain or your DH's. We are vaguely thinking of going skiing with some friends next year, mainly us and another family but could be my sister as well. we need a ski resort that can cover Advanced to Beginners and can keep everyone happy, I would need a ski school/childcare for DC's aswell. Any ideas and not huge amounts of money?

MyCatIsABastard · 27/02/2010 20:42

I think you'll also find that plain chocolate has negative calories (no fattening milk you see ).

Fanny, we went to Pila in Italy, which seemed to cover the whole lot from super advanced expert skier (DH, although he said there wasn't masses for the really good skier) to lazy arsed blue run skier (me). DH says Cormayer (I think) also in Italy is pretty good. Saalbach Hinterglem in Austria is one my DH says is a great place (he reckons it would have everything your looking for, but I don't know about costs. If your interested in ski clothes we are just about to launch a website where people can give away or sell their old ones (I probably shouldn't say that on here though should I) and buy up any bargains from people.

Shiney I'm glad your Gran is on the mend.

jetcat · 27/02/2010 20:43

oooh Hells - that is lovely! Though, when the page was taking a while loading up, and all it said at the top was chocolate - i did wonder.... And yes, i do have a load of books and files i cart back and forth from the library - one more year to go and am finished my degree

Yup - i agree about the show, which is a shame as i love ant and dec, esp as they from my neck of the woods. This has a ring of their old show Friends like these (think thats what it was called) and it just seems a bit cheesy with a load of their old mates roped in

am very at all the skiing talk - its something that i think i would probably never do, as being so self concious, but it is a secret dream

MyCatIsABastard · 27/02/2010 20:49

jet I'm not a very good skier at all, just happened to meet my DH whilst doing it. I have done one or two black runs but just stick to the easy ones normally, with regular refreshment breaks trips to the bar. It really is fun, give it a go sometime.

We're watching the snowboarding slalom at the olypmics on BBC2. It's pretty good.

VinegarTits · 27/02/2010 20:51

Had a shower and put finnster to bed, can relax now

Cake looks scrummy bof, i am making brownies tomorrow, its my first time

BitOfFun · 27/02/2010 20:53

Ooh, I loved skiing! Haven't been for YEARS though, not since having kids. I too am a blue run pootler, with frequent stops for mulled wine. Fabulous.

doubleinstructions · 27/02/2010 20:56

Am trying to catch up but have retained only
the words G+T and Thai takeaway...no chance of either .
Had museli and another slice of birthday cake for dinner, far too lazy to cook.
Am stuck to settee in pjs.

jetcat · 27/02/2010 20:56

vinny - please tell me they are low fat brownies and that i could make some for me the girls to scoff??

DreamsInBinary · 27/02/2010 21:00

Mmm, pinot grigio. Delicious.

MyCatIsABastard · 27/02/2010 21:01

That is exactly what I am, a blue run pootler! My particular refreshment is a bombardino (some demon hot alcoholic drink with cream in it made in Italy). I like to sit outside the restaurant and wave at DH as he hurtles by for the 5th time (and any other lovely ski teachers). Last time I went skiing though I got pregnant with DD and it has slightly put me off . DH really wants to try and ski in Scotland this yr (he is Scottish). Have to say I'm not sure it has quite the alpine atmosphere mountain restaurants I have come to associate with good skiing.

DreamsInBinary · 27/02/2010 21:05

It has taken me hours to catch up

Thin Lizzy - next time you visit the stadium you must give me a call!

Tracey - I thought you were slightly under your goal weight? Please don't lose too much more [stern]

BoF - your cake looks delicious! Everytime I look at your profile I am knocked sideways by your adorable dd

Hells - that bag is looovely. Jet, am [jealous][jealous][jealous]
