ummm, well i have had leftover pizza from the playdate thing we have here

i have hidden on here for mostly the entire duration, but i am allowed due to no internet for the WHOLE WEEK!

Well done on the no fags Lizzy, star jumps are good, i do random jogging on the spot, eat less move more, or in my case, eat more, move more

Sherry is lovely, we had a guest staying once who was a member of the Jerez family, he said that sherry should be drunk as cold as possible.

I like port better than sherry.

Doesn't matter what tyoe, stick it in your freezer/fridge.

i had port last week, but i always crave and eat a block of cheese with it

Jerez is where real sherry comes from isn't it?
It can only be called sherry if it comes from the Jerez region of spain (like Parma ham etc), otheriwse it is fortified wine.

I like sherry/fortified wine too, as students we used to get £2.99 bottles of sherry from spar to get drunk on before we went out.
I prefer a paler one now

I have had a huge cupful of 0 point soup, but I am still feeling fat in myself even though I have been sticking to points etc, so god knows what scales will say next Tue , but hey ho, I will plod on.

DS2 keeps sniffing me and says I smell nice. You know I have been having trouble with toothache, well it has subsided but I have a huge lump on the outside of the gum where the tooth is - so am not sure what one earth is going on - DH has just said it might be an abscess.

The nicest way to eat melon - cut in half, scoop out seeds, fill up with port/white port and eat.
