My motivation came back because I know my eating is stress and control related and I haven't come this far to let it slide.

I am staying in bed for a few more minutes on principle. I slept sooooo well and it is such a luxury after years of insomnia and disturbed sleep. I once spent 3 months in bed and thought I would never enjoy it again but mmmmmmm..........
