Thanks Mitts, i dont know what connectors i have for my laptop (macbook air) will have to raid my bag in the morning and see what fits

HDMI is good for laptop-to-tv (rather than just laptop-to-sound-system) cos it does picture and sound But my laptop doesn't have HDMI and only HDTVs will have it.

Jac - a fair blonde with green eyes? Natural (blush, mascara, lip gloss) would look lovely, or perhaps go 1940's with a sweep of liquid eye-liner and a defined lipstick.

Hells my colouring may sound nice but my skin is hideous, I have to wear make up every day. I can't remember the last time I didn't have several spots ever. I hate it.

i have no idea what suits blondes

What eye shadow should I go for?

I don't always wear eyeshadow but if I do, it could be green or golds and browns. Sometimes I just wear a hint of black eyeliner. I always wear mascara and it is usually black. Pinky blush for cheeks (swept all round with a light bronzer first), coral lipstick or pinky/corally gloss.

I'm glad eyeliner has come up, I'm pretty new to eye liner only begining to use it in the last few years

I can't use liquid eyeliner as I just get it everywhere. So I use a good pencil, but I use it on the inside of my eye. For some reason I'm sure this is a make up sin. Am I doing it all wrong? I'm not sure I could cope with drawing it on outside my eyelids.

DH is miserable as he has put 4 lb on this week.
