We chat, keep each other on track, and monitor our goals together- some on the thread have lost shed loads of weight, some are running ridiculous distances. Some, of course (like myself and Shiney, our dubious leader) have been a bit, er, remiss really. But that can all change with a New Year!

I have just looked at the points we have left over from booking our holiday and we could manage a two night stay in Le Meridien Beach Plaza in Monaco without actually having to pay any money (just flights) so I may ask Mum and Dad if they would mind looking after the boys (now that Dad is on the road to recovery and driving again). We both love Monaco.

My recipe for sex: go somewhere warm/sunny, and get used to not wearing so much and enjoying not wearing so much.

sazzle; red cabbage indicator is done y7 at school and it basically chopped cabbage mixed with boiling water to extract colour. Drain and used coloured water. It is purple naturally, turns pink with an acid like lemon juice/vinegar and goes blue with an alkali like bicarb in water/ soapy water. you can then play around with proportions to get a whole range of colours and neuralisation occurs when you add acid to alkali (eg when you chew antacid to cure heart burn)

Ex did something nice with red cabbage for christmas braised cabbage or something like that, you add white wine vinegar to get it to keep its colour.

Bella, Have you tried a supplement? Because of my current body issues I am taking 'Menopace', Starflower capsules and Agnus Castus. And my mojo has definitely perked up, although not sure which one is doing it, it is just such a relief to feel alive.

Body issues.... I definitely like myself better dressed than undressed but have learnt that with many things in life, if you fake confidence it can become believable. So if you fix your man with a 'look' that says..'I am going to blow your socks off and then some....' he ain't gonna notice which way is up, let alone the bits you are insecure about.

The timing thing is something that just has to be practically addressed. Even if for now, once a fortnight you go up to bed early and just get 'close'. It is a fire that needs fuel to burn and once going, doesn't need to much tending, just needs a few firelighters to get it rekindled IYSWIM.

Bella i find some activities make me feel better about myself - i think the just chill me out so i stop worrying so much, and therefore feel more confident. Right I've had a hour and half here I am off to bed before you lot set my imagination off again...
