Ok, I did it. Guess what my DDs are watching over and over again at the moment?

Anyway, welcome to everyone to our healthy eating thread - trying to lose weight or just to life a healthier lifestyle (and chatting inanely along the way).

Anyone and everyone welcome, just so long as you're nice! We are not a clique and welcome newcomers, so please join us! But beware - this thread moves very fast - just leap right in

Hopefully this one will fill up particularly quickly so we can lose this rather shit title

bellavita · 14/10/2009 21:14

NormaSknockers · 14/10/2009 21:31

I saw that caps lock poster a few times last week, thought she was a bit nutty!

hellsbelles · 14/10/2009 21:35

bella - I'm still lost! Oh well - it's true blood on soon so I'll give up at 10!

Lizzylou · 14/10/2009 21:40

I just nearly burst a blood vessel, watching that NOrth South divide thing on BBC1 (David Beckham has an awful mufflike beard, so not bothering to watch footie), Brian Sewell was SO rude!
He slagged off Northerners, not good. Then he started on Brummies. I nearly exploded!
Bastard fecker.

bellavita · 14/10/2009 21:41

I'll be in bed before then. I am truly shattered. Just doing my physio exercises. Have another appointment tomorrow. My knee does not seem to have improved at all since I went two weeks ago. Am getting fed up with it all now. If I have a bath, tis a right palava trying to get out.
