He was seven pounds fifteen and the best motivation not to light up evr!!!!! its now been three and a bit weeks

I'd suggest spending a quiet moment (yeah right) having a good think about whether you ever want to smoke again and any possible impact this might have on you, your son and your dh / dp... if you decide it's not for you, and you feel lucky to have escaped its grasp, you should be clear that you will NEVER smoke another one. Not through chilled times nor stressed, nor family argy bargies nor relaxing holidays... not for any crappo reason.
