Can (possible) Kidney stones lead to D&V (way tmi sorry)

I am awaiting the results of a scan for kidney stones & although the major pain with the kidney is mainly gone I have had loads of pain with D & V which came on this morning.

Here is the TMI bit

I am totally liquid - almost water like D & my last V was quite green

I haven't eaten since yesterday evening & I am not keeping down water or flat lemonade

Normally I would ignore & just say bug but with the kidney stones being around I feel a bit concerned

Well I can eat again - but I didn't go to the hospital

I still feel quite rough & I am hoping for results tomorrow
