It is driving me mad, been for about 2 days now, what the hell could be causing it.

If you've had an itchy fanjo as well then it's much more likely to be thrush, honestly! (GP told me this when I was suffering)

Canestan cream on the area and Diflucan equivalent tablet.

And cut down as much as you can on sugar/fruit/processed carbs/fermented foods/alcohol. (Sorry!)

If it is threadworm, pile on the vaseline at night. They come out at night and it is the moving about that itches. Vaseline causes them to get stuck, so less itching!
