It's been there for about a week, like a HUGE (marrofat pea size) spot, but has no head, its hard and only hurts when i try to rip it off (which hasn't worked btw, but has left a scabby, red, horrible mess).

It's so big/deep i can feel through my chin in my mouth, with my tongue.

How do i get rid of it with out the help of a doctor/antibiotics?

Help!

Apologies for awful suggestion

Leave it alone - that is how to get rid of it.

SmallShips - can I just say, everytime I see your name, I think of an elf! that was a flippin good thread.

Shitehawk · 09/10/2008 18:27

Sounds more like a boil than a spot - you might well need antibiotics if it's as big a mess as you say.

Ripping spots off is a pretty silly thing to do though ...

CurleyWurlyWoooooooo · 09/10/2008 18:27

Oh always good to have a backup plan

SmallShips · 09/10/2008 18:28

SmallShips · 09/10/2008 18:29

I knew that bloody elf would come back to haunt me lol. I'm hoping his christmas party is cancelled, it usually ends in tears.... mine.

The balaclave is looking promising TBH. I just put toothpaste on it, i nearly passed out, it hurt... alot!!

What do i do with the boiling water, just wash it?

OP posts:
ScareyBitchFeast · 09/10/2008 19:48

well, when water has cooled down a bit, put it on chin with cotton wool, ouch

SmallShips · 09/10/2008 19:49

I think you're right about the boil, its definately not just a rather large spot.

So how do i get rid of this boil then?

SmallShips · 09/10/2008 19:51
