FGS i have a hideous giant THING on my chin, for the love of God help me get rid of it!

It's been there for about a week, like a HUGE (marrofat pea size) spot, but has no head, its hard and only hurts when i try to rip it off (which hasn't worked btw, but has left a scabby, red, horrible mess).

It's so big/deep i can feel through my chin in my mouth, with my tongue.

How do i get rid of it with out the help of a doctor/antibiotics?

if boiling water doesn't work, buy some magnesium sulphate paste from Boots pharmacy - it draws all the gunk out for you . It will definitely work.

Will try mag sulphate in the morning if this doesnt help.
