To everyone who supported me through cancer, thank you, my treatment is over!

I have just got back from seeing my oncologist and having been prescribed tamoxifen I am now officially an 'inactive' cancer patient.

I will have a reconstruction in the autumn but my cancer treatment is complete

A big thank you to everyone who offered support - it was much appreciated especially since I was diagnosed the week I moved to a new country where I knew no-one beyond my husband and children.

I have lots of new doctor and nurse friends now though

7 1/2 months down the line I'm ready to resume my life

Thanks so much everyone! It feels great to do a few normal-ish jobs and not feel totally knackered afterwards! Really looking forward to coming to the UK in a couple of weeks for a holiday {smile]
