Under boob heat rash

For some reason I’m much worse affected by under boob sweating this year. Previously a bit of deodorant kept it under control and if there was a little rash a bit of sudocrem sorted it out. This year I just can’t get it to heal. Any suggestions? I’m thinking maybe something like bepanthan Altho I hate the smell.

I get this so bad to the point the skin splits and gets infected. I’ve managed to avoid that this year by washing daily with hibiscus, and alternating suspected/canes tan cream

I get awful intertrigo when it's very warm. I tried lots of things and in the end pharmacy suggested Daktarin powder (not the cream). Folks, it is a miracle product - for me anyway. I don't use it all the time, but when it's a hot day, on it goes first thing after shower, and last thing at night.

Lots of other great suggestions in the linked thread above. I've been known to use the panty liner trick, but found they just curl up and die on me, as I have old droopy bosoms now. 😊
