Just had another text saying "we are okay."

Morning OJ and everyone.

I am sat here in tears at all you lovely, lovely people who lit candles for Steve. Most of whom have never met OJ and family but you have all come together for them at this truly difficult time.

Let's hope today is a good day and we can do a trifle count - even if it is in mouthfuls and not full trifles.

I just opened the front door and Steves Candle was still burning away.

The pain was horrendous last night but has eased this morning now I know Steve is doing okay. It is crazy. A few weeks ago I hadn't had any contact with Jo and now she is on my mind all the time.

Steve absolutely adores you and he will always adore you. He will be in your heart forever and you in his. Everyone here is so proud of you and humbled by the way you manage to cope with this so brilliantly.

You won't want to ever say goodbye to Steve and I know how utterly sad you will be, but I also know you will feel relief that he won't be suffering any more. This must be such a tough time for you x
