I have a friend who could use some support, and I think it would be best from people who have been there/are in the same emotional place as her.

I will send her the link to this thread now, and hopefully she will come by later.

It will be hard for her to talk, but I am hoping you will all snuggle her in your norks

Hi needsupport. I am a psychological therapist in a self harm team... lots of the clients we see are referred on for dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and it seems to be really effective. Lots of NHS services are offering this now - maybe your counsellor can point you in the right direction when the time is right for you.

NS, i tried to get it deleted myself last night but mozilla crashed. I had a proper look around and it was very triggering - having the warnings there is often a kind of invite isn't it? It was recommended by a friend and in future i will look properly at any sites recommended to me before i, in turn recommend them to others.

Sorry if i caused you to cross that line you were balancing on It wasn't intentional.
