Any Gps - Night Sweats unknown?

So just a bit of context . Im under Neurology for Headache conditions and have been for some time so feeling unwell is normal for me sadly .
I have two kids though and for past few months wake feeling flu like achy just unwell but most worrying is ongoing swollen nodes under arms and night sweats .
Nodes have been scanned and declared normal reactive nodes and not big enough to warrant a biopsy .
All blood tests normal / Chest xray normal and even ct scan of Chest pelvis declared all normal .
My worry is im still getting thr night sweats - im not overweight / hormones ok ( mid 30s) Gp suggested fibro …. is there anything else im missing ?
What baffles me is i sleep naked , not a sweaty person in the day and no ongoing fevers so why is it happening at night ?
Any ideas would be great as i feel myself ( any my gp ) are slightly at a loss and i would hate to of missed something especially as i feel so unwell all time .

Only other thing is i was diagnosed undifferentiated tissue disease due to high positive ana but doc thinks thats unconnected .
Only blood test not normal was High Ferritin which ive had since birth of my little girl . Everything else within range and normal !

What do you mean by night sweats? Significant night sweats waken you up at night such that you need to change the sheets or night apparel.

@user1471505356 fairly significant - wake me up - never had to change sheets as such - body feels wet and slippery - weirdly not my face which is fine . Normally sleep naked but on times i dont sleep naked still happens . Wake up normally wipe myself down and then go back to sleep - mostly only happens the once but had few occadions happened more .

For anyone interested i actually was referred to ent as part of investigations as one of my issues was persistent sore throat , after looking in my throat with nasal endoscopy they diagnosed silent reflux and said commonly it causes night sweats !
