What’s going on with my feet?! (Photo included) *Trigger* looks grim

Just got out of the shower and noticed both soles of my feet are like this suddenly😳 no idea why. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Looks normal, just use a scrubber/ loofer of sorts occasionally

Foot file, soak in a bubble bath, thick moisturiser (maybe Nivea blue tub) give them a good massage with that, then put socks on. Tomorrow, feet like a baby's.

Athletes Foot. You need an anti fungal cream.

It isn’t itchy or sore at all though.

Antifungal cream soon clear it..even canestan if you have any.

athletes foot - you need some lamisil once 1%

wash your socks, fresh ones on, also treat all your shoes with spray

If they've only just started peeling we don't know that it's going to be chronic. Do you know what chronic means?

Have you been using magnesium oil on them?

Or, it could be athlete's foot. Maybe special cream required. Maybe don't file them. 😳
