Just got out of the shower and noticed both soles of my feet are like this suddenly😳 no idea why. Does anyone have any ideas please?

As others have said looks fungal, doesn't have to itch. Just slather with canestan and make sure you put clean socks on daily (I'm sure you already do lol).

I would say Athlete's Foot too. I am currently treating my elderly parent's feet and they looked like this. I am using Daktarin spray on it.

Definitely athletes foot. As others have said Lamasil once is very good.

Have you used a new cleaning spray in the shower? Maybe something has burned your feet.

Foot file, soak in a bubble bath, thick moisturiser (maybe Nivea blue tub) give them a good massage with that, then put socks on. Tomorrow, feet like a baby's.

Lovely Chocolately, just coming back to say thank you so much for your recommendation! I followed it to the T and now my feet are brand new! Xxx

I think they’re just wrinkly soles from being in the shower aren’t they?

btw you know there are people out there who would pay good money for photos like that 🤣

@Lemsipper your user name suggests maybe you have been unwell? A friend of mine used to get this (on her hands, poor thing) after she had had a fever. Did not cause her problems as such - but she could have done with @Chocolately 's advice to get rid of it, looking back! 😁.

Omg LOL, I wish I could sell pics of my dry, slightly jaundiced feet 😂

Sometimes the simple solutions are all that's needed!

Today's top Chocolately tips:

Wear rubber gloves when washing up/other watery jobs. (put some hand cream on first for extra benefit)
Keep a lip balm by the bed, and put a bit on before you go to sleep.

Nice soft skin for everyone. 👱
