Where is everyone with their weights? I must confess I haven't done mine but will get it done asap (must still get scales).

So come on ladies post our weights up.......

i am finally able to eat reasonably pain free, so i had a burger with a fried egg and onions , in a bun, for breakfast today

trying to hurriedly regain some of hte much needed weight i have lost

Ive lost flippin 3/4 of a pound. No idea how- I ate well yesterday. Really annoyed because I thought I was heading towards my next target of 7st 11 and now Im back to 7st 8 and 3/4 (not even passed my first target of 7st 9. I must be losing weight in my sleep its madness.

Where is Jajas?

I know I have lost that extra bit i put on, have been too hot to eat, and verrrrry busy. Had to get big belt out to hold ma jeans up today so am refusing to look the scales in the eye...

oh gigglewitch- I find it best to know and deal with it- it might not be as bad as you think. In was convinced I had lost weight the other day and I actually weighed more.

Does anyone know where I can bulk buy those build uo drink- ensure etc?

I get a boxful at a time on prescription, about thirty of them . As I [and obv most of you lot here] are officially underweight, GP can prescribe. Masses cheaper than paying for them per unit
they are blardy disgusting though, aren't they? I keep them (not all, you understand) in the fridge, trying to con my tastebuds

My Gp is really tight about giving things on prescription so I might have to buy it.

I just checked - I am just in the normal weight range with an 18.9 BMI. Under 18.5 is underweight.

They have some on ebay but I'm not sure how much they are worth because I've never seen them in the shops.

ooh ooh, i just had a paed appointment for ds2, and to weigh him they have to weigh me with him and deduct the difference

i was 7st 11.5, which means i have finally started to put some on

Now Ive got you all on my thread I will never let you go mwahh ha ha ha.

I eat nutty cereal for breakfast.
peanut butter on toast for 11ses
pasta and cheese/chicken sandwich/jacket potato for lunch.
toast/ cereal bar snack.
Dinner:varies but try to eat a lot of carbs
sometimes snack and drink of milk until I can hold of ensure.

Sometimes chocolate/ biscuit crisps in the day.
