'Leaking' after bath - weird - blush!

Since giving birth 11 months ago, whenever I get out of the bath, I leak a little liquid onto the floor It doesn't feel like I'm peeing - more like the sensation of discharge dripping out - if I try to stop it I can't - but it's very much liquid - could this be bathwater, or am I in fact peeing a little without knowing it?

What goes up must come down. Its probably bath water.

PickasillyChristmasName · 14/12/2004 11:45

I do that. I'm sure it's bathwater

snowmeltsonthebeach · 14/12/2004 11:45

Mine does that since dd2. It's bathwater. Irritating, isn't it? Glad I'm not the only one though! I wonder why.

msann · 14/12/2004 11:49

phew i feel a sense of relief... IM NOT THE ONLY ONE YIPEE!!!!!!!!!!

amynSaintnixmum · 14/12/2004 11:50

Yeh that happens for me too - the things we women have to put up with. I always go to the loo now after a bath to avoid wet pants later

Festivepussy · 14/12/2004 12:00

LOL..yep bathwater...give it a good shake before you get out!

codswallop · 14/12/2004 12:44

codswallop · 14/12/2004 12:45

obv it was the straw that broke the camesl back

ThomCatsAreNotJustForXmas · 14/12/2004 12:46

This happens to two of my friends as well

SantaFio2 · 14/12/2004 12:49

not you then TC?

phatcat · 14/12/2004 12:52

me too - the bathwater definitely goes down when I get in these days!! i've found i can encourage it out with a bit of manipulation though (ahem)

spacedonkey · 14/12/2004 12:54

Blimey I assumed this happened to everyone, never occurred to me to worry about it. It's a hole, water will go in ... normal, surely?!

ThomCatsAreNotJustForXmas · 14/12/2004 12:56

No, not me Fio, you old bag! Honest, I'd say if it happened to me.

sleepdeprived · 14/12/2004 13:00

It never happened before DS, spacedonkey, hence the concern - bathwater not a worry, pee would be!

OP posts:
ChristmasBOOZA · 14/12/2004 13:02

I'm like you spacedonkey. Considered it a natural occurence.

ThomCatsAreNotJustForXmas · 14/12/2004 13:04

Now I feel like the odd one out, it's never gone up mine, well apart from when i went on the deathslide at Waterworld, think that lot of water is still up there!
Why doesn't it happen to me then? Why aren't I normmmmmaaaallllll?

spacedonkey · 14/12/2004 13:05

Leaking after the bath is so now

sleepdeprived · 14/12/2004 13:07

I've gone from shamefaced to leader of the in-crowd in one easy thread

OP posts:
DoesntChristmasDragOn · 14/12/2004 13:09

I blame it on 10lb DS1

ernest · 14/12/2004 13:14

I remember it definitely happened to me way back before children, so that's one thing I can't blame on them
