fantastic secur, shame no one's being v supportive (at least no adults) - but the smokers around you prob feel vaguely uncomfortable that you have left their 'camp' and secretly envy your strength & willpower.

Well done, you gotta treat yourself to something nice - you deserve it! (I gave up 5 weeks ago, has been hell at times, like you there has been a deafening lack of well dones but stuff 'em I say!).

Pls do join the thread festivepuss mentioned, it's got me through many a tense moment.

Are your family all smokers? If yes then according to Allen Carr it's no surprise they're not supportive, because they're jealous that you're achieving something that they also secretly wished they could do, and so they want you to come back into the addicts' club. Or something like that...

Secur - BIG WELL DONE! The first week is the hardest for most people and any ciggie you've managed to not smoke is a major achievement! i'm also on the festivepussy thread and really do find it an immense help!

Keep going and forget everyone else...don't let them sabotage your fight! if you ever need support, we're always on the thread!
