My 20 month old has a fever and heat rash. Ear thermometer says he's 39 or 40'C but says I'm 34'c so it can't be accurate. He's not drowsy or other wise in pain. I've given him Calpol and lots of water. I really don't want to get sent to A&E and I feel like 111 is overly cautious. He's covid negative as did a PCR on Friday evening.
