Anorak, I think you need to send me copious amounts of sloe gin to umm help with the training

anorak · 02/01/2008 21:26

No sloes in Bermuda I'm afraid

I brought a few bits of winemaking equipment with me though so will make something or another - some sort of rum liqueur with banana or some other local thing and you can have some when you come and visit me...

provided the doctor is satisfied you have lost enough weight to protect your heart.

Misdee and Peter can have some too.

How are you ladies doing with your training?

misdee · 09/02/2008 19:37

am taking it slowly anarok. have a pulled muscle atm (not from running, from aquafit). but got my running pack through last week. and the largest size running vest from them, which is too small atm, but will be in it by june.

Vev · 09/02/2008 20:59

Can I be dedicated in the RFL please - I was diagnosed with leukaemia in July.

anorak · 09/02/2008 21:47

Well done misdee - I used to love running and all sport, really - before I broke my ankle.

Vev how are you doing? What treatment are you having?
