Sunshineandflipflops · 08/11/2021 20:45

Bed at 10-ish, read until about 10.30.
Up at 7am (was 6.30am pre-pandemic and WFH so one plus side I guess!)

Plump82 · 08/11/2021 20:46

Go to bed about 9:30pm but not asleep until about midnight. My alarm is set for 6:15am however my cat wakes me up any time between 2 and 4 🥴

coldwarenigma · 08/11/2021 20:47

Go to bed anytime between 9.30 and 11 depending on work shift next day..wake up every 2 hours and often awake by 4 regardless of bedtime..I'm tired...and menopausal!

megletthesecond · 08/11/2021 20:47

Sleep for 23:30 and alarm at 6:10. And I wake in the night.

SpinachIsAGatewayDrug · 08/11/2021 20:47

Bed at 9. Sleep by 10.30. Awake at 7am.

Except weekends when I get up between 8-9am.

cherrypiepie · 08/11/2021 20:48

10.30ish I go up to bed and up at alarm at 6am on a work day.

Often known to fall asleep in sofa after work about 8pm!

Weekend and non work days 11pm-7.30

StormBaby · 08/11/2021 20:52

I’m a night owl and come alive at 8.30pm. Even when I’m on earlies at work and have to be up at 4.30am, I’m still wide awake cleaning or doing diy at midnight. I can’t help it!

SpangoDweller · 08/11/2021 20:52

Bed between 11-midnight most of the time, occasionally much earlier (8.45ish). Up between 5.30-6.00.

Arren12 · 08/11/2021 20:53

Go up to bed at 10pm. Plan to go to sleep pretty much straight away but every night I end up down a rabbit hole of mn or memes. so asleep by 11.30. Instantly regret this as im up approx 1.30am, then 3am then 4.30am finally up for the day between 5am and 6am. From this you'd think I have a newborn but no my children are 4 and 8. I'm permanently on my knees.

NetballHoop · 08/11/2021 20:54

Sleep around midnight and up at 6:50. Less than 6 and a half hours and I'm dead on my feet/seat. I do recharge on sleep on Saturdays.

Sunshineandflipflops · 08/11/2021 20:55

This is why may cat gets shut in the utility at night! She has a cat flap and food/a bed in there so I don’t feel guilty. I couldn’t cope with her climbing all over me all night!
Hairyfriend · 08/11/2021 20:55

In bed 11:30-12, awake 7:30-8

Weekends I'm up later and sometimes sleep in till 9am ish.

A580Hojas · 08/11/2021 20:56

Bed at 10.30 to 11.30 ish.

Wake up for 3 or 4 hours between 1 am and 5am.

Sleep again from 5am ish to 7, 8 or 9 depending on work and other commitments.

Quornflakegirl · 08/11/2021 20:58

Sunday to Thursday I am asleep by 10:30 and up at 6:45. Some week nights I am asleep by 8pm, it depends on my cycle and how hectic the week has been. On weekends I am up until around 11 and lay in until 9ish.

brambleon · 08/11/2021 20:59

11/12pm I’m asleep and up about 5:30/6

ParkheadParadise · 08/11/2021 21:00

Bed @ 11
DH's alarm wakes me @ 6.30
Up @ 7

BeyondMyWits · 08/11/2021 21:09

I USED to go to bed between 10.00 and 10.30, head hit pillow, sleep... wake at 7am.

Then came the menopause...

Now, I still go to bed the same time, then 2.30 wake up, go to the loo, back to bed, night sweats start... sleep comes after an hour or so, for half an hour or so... more sweats... repeat. Get up and into shower 6ish. Feel knackered and brain foggy all day... repeat...

roadwarrior · 08/11/2021 21:09

I go up to bed around 11:20pm, and wake up at 5am on week days and around 8am weekends.

Arren12 · 08/11/2021 21:15

@BeyondMyWits so basically I was waiting until my children are adults to get some solid sleep. Its what gets me through these sleepless nights imagining this and now your telling me the meno interrupts sleep Sad. Why does no one warn you of these things. Ah well suppose il sleep when I'm about 70, only 40 more years to go Grin

Leftbutcameback · 08/11/2021 21:17

Bed at 10 or 10.30, asleep as soon as head hits the pillow. Alarm for 7.45 usually. Used to sleep through but now I'm lucky if I only wake up twice.

maddy68 · 08/11/2021 21:19

Around 12;30. Up at 6;45

tootiredtospeak · 08/11/2021 21:26

11 to 11.30 till 7am weekends same till maybe 8. A couple of years back in a busy stressful period thought I was period menopausal as woke up all the time awake by 4am ect. Then when I changed jobs went back to sleeping normally so think that was a red herring. Stress affects sleep terribly.

WonderfulYou · 08/11/2021 21:27

I go bed between 10:30-12 (unless I’m catching up on work) and wake at 5:30.

My goal is to try and get 8 hours sleep a night but there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

Pumpkinstace · 08/11/2021 21:28

I don't finish work until 11pm, go to bed about 3am.

Get up for school run at 7.30.
Go back to bed at 9ish until about 1pm.
