For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

FrannyandZooey · 27/10/2007 22:41

I just thought it was very funny especially with the seventies glitter writing and I also thought it was funny that TOOT thought it was a good idea

I would have expected her to be the cringiest, but no, she was up for it

FrannyandZooey · 27/10/2007 22:41

Oh lord, I thought I could just throw it on some burning embers

zippitippitoes · 27/10/2007 22:41

i think pinkspotty just has that sort of mind she is tslking about using rubber gloves now

pinkspottywellies · 27/10/2007 22:42

Oops, took too long and rubber gloves were out of context!

TooTicky · 27/10/2007 22:43

Do I come across as a potentially cringy person? [interested]

FrannyandZooey · 27/10/2007 22:45

no just kind of modest, and maybe shy

OP posts:
TooTicky · 27/10/2007 22:45

FrannyandZooey · 27/10/2007 22:47

OP posts:
Bocoreepy · 27/10/2007 22:50

Zippi i'd go more with the kind of adventurous / experimental/ flirty type of words.

zippitippitoes · 27/10/2007 22:50

it's deceptive this online business

i am shy..it's why making the leap from online to rl is so hard isn't it

the iron body man agreed i was shy and he was next to me

pinkspottywellies · 27/10/2007 22:51

Hmm out of interest then - two words to describe me please!
